ADELAIDE – SA

Customer Engagement Representative

About the Role

This is not your typical customer service role.

As our new Customer Engagement Representative, your focus will be on following up warm leads that have already been quoted. These customers have shown interest, received a quote, and just need the right nudge, advice, or reassurance to convert into a sale.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building rapport with customers post-quote
• Understanding their needs and hesitations
• Providing additional information or support
• Helping move them from quote to confirmed order

You’ll also work closely with our state sales team and marketing department to ensure the customer experience is seamless and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up quoted leads via phone and email to support conversion
• Proactively build rapport and offer product advice to assist decision-making
• Address objections and queries to remove barriers to purchase
• Manage and update customer information and sales status in our CRM (HubSpot)
• Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion outcomes
• Track and report on conversion performance and customer feedback

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident and friendly on the phone, with a strong customer-first mindset
• Organised and capable of managing multiple follow-ups across different stages of the sales cycle
• Motivated by goals and enjoys seeing results
• Professional, courteous, and able to think on their feet

Key Requirements

Essential:

• Experience in a sales support, telesales, or customer follow-up role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail

Desirable:

• Experience using CRM platforms (especially HubSpot)
• Familiarity with quoting systems or ERP tools
• Background in agricultural, industrial, manufacturing, or building products industries

ORANGE – NSW

Truck Driver/ Customer Care Positions 

Status: Multiple Positions Available

Purpose of the Role

Bushmans in Orange are seeking a CASUAL and FULL TIME truck driver to join our EXPANDING team! This role may lead to a permanent position to the right applicant. This role is 3-5 days a week and the main duty of this role is to deliver rainwater tanks throughout NSW and interstate as required. The role may include occasional weekend deliveries and may require you to be away overnight (with reimbursement).

To be successful in this role you must have HC License desirable with minimum of MR License, and Forklift Ticket.

A prior knowledge of excess dimensional transport is advantageous, full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Factory Operator Positions 

Status: Multiple Positions Available

Purpose of the Role

Both CASUAL and FULL TIME positions are available to join our EXPANDING manufacturing team in our facility in Orange NSW. Applicants must be able to work 3-5 days a flexible week in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Some of the main tasks include operation of factory ovens, quality control procedures and manual handling.

The right person will have a forklift license (essential), physical fitness, and previous experience in a manufacturing environment although not imperative.

On the job training will be provided and the role may include night shift work.

TERANG – VIC

DALBY – QLD

Boilermaker

Purpose of the role:

As an Engineering Tradesperson at Bushmans, you will play a vital role in our toolmaking and maintenance activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to specialise in toolmaking for the rotomoulding industry, under the mentorship of a seasoned expert with over 30 years of experience.

Key responsibilities:

– Fabrication of production moulds predominately from light gauge steel 1.6mm sheet.

-Read and interpret CAD drawings.

-Performing MIG welding and metal finishing activities including polishing.

-Operation of workshop equipment including guillotine, brake press, pyramid rollers.

-Manual handling of equipment and materials.

-Conduct quality assurance checks.

Requirements:

-Trade qualification as a Boilermaker.

-Proven MIG welding and fabrication.

-Attention to detail and effective communication skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

-Strong commitment to safety.

-Australian or New Zealand citizenship.

-Forklift licence or willingness to obtain.

-Confined space certificate (beneficial but not essential)

Additional Information:

The position is full-time and based in our Dalby QLD site, with occasional travel requirements to the other Bushmans locations when required. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to ongoing equipment upgrades and spare provision for our manufacturing operations.

NATIONALLY

Water tank Installer – Contractor
Status: Multiple Positions Available

Purpose of the Role

Due to the growth of our Aqualine Steel Liner Tank range, we are providing the opportunity for a suitable contractor to install our tanks throughout North Queensland.

The Contractor will conduct and complete installation of the Aqualine Water Tanks to a standard outlined in the Bushmans installation manual and comply with all procedures for installation

Aqualine steel water tanks are built tough from high quality materials and are a great solution for storing large amounts of water. Aqualine steel tanks are designed to handle the harsh Australian weather and they’re built using galvanised and Colorbond steel for hassle free water storage and longevity! This opportunity will suit someone who likes to get outdoors, travel, work with tools, and has excellent customer service skills. Previous tank building experience is not a requirement as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

-Liaise with customers to confirm scheduled install dates.

-Transport kits to the installation location

-Construct storage tanks to company and customer specifications

-Ensure relevant tools, materials, additional accessories, and extra components are on site for installation

-Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine project requirements

-Perform quality inspections on completed products

-Ensure all paperwork is complete and returned
