Below are details of the work Bushmans Tanks have completed in the water treatment field.

State SA

Background

Osmoflo is an international company with a local branch in South Australia. They represented the Ranger Uranium Mine in the Kakadu National Park.

The mine is operated by Energy Resources of Australia Ltd (ERA) and it is in the Alligator River Region of the Northern Territory.

It is also an open cut mine and has been producing uranium oxide (U3O8) via acid leach extraction since 1981. Bushmans worked with the design engineers over many months and by providing unbeatable high-quality service and communication, Bushmans won this exciting project.

Project concept

Considering a big purchase, Osmoflo needed to make sure they would find everything they needed in one place.

The challenge was finding the best design to suit their needs, so providing the expertise of Bushmans engineers was crucial to the success of this project.

Also, as part of the project Bushmans had to conduct hydrotesting on all tanks involved and needed to identify labels, lifting lugs, vents, internal and external welding, and gussets.
